The Dos of getting a beautiful skin
Do exercises:  Exercising makes you look good and feel good. It improves blood circulation to bring oxygen and nutrients to the skin. This makes it firmer and more nourished, as well as slows down aging. Exercising regularly also helps to improve your appearance, prolong your life, build self-confidence and gives you a good figure/shape.  Improved blood circulation also helps to calm the nerves and promote a more revitalizing sleep.

Do use beauty products: Cleanse your face every day with face cleanser, toner and moisturizer. There are literally thousands of different brands to choose from, but always use products suitable for your skin type. Consult a skincare expert to determine the best type of product for you.

Do drink water: A major cause of  wrinkles is dehydration. Water hydrates the skin and keeps it moist, soft and supple. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.  To make this easier for you, always carry a bottle of water wherever you go.

Do rest:  Lack of sleep makes your skin look dry and dull, and also makes your eyes look puffy. When you don’t have enough sleep or rest, you feel tired and restless. We all need an average of 8 hours of sleep every night as adults, but many of us have only 5 to 6 hours. The effects of inadequate sleep start to show as you age. So, try as much as possible to get enough sleep every day.

Do eat properly:  Keep your vitamins up by eating at least 3 portions of vegetables or fruits daily. If you are not getting enough vitamins from foods or fruits, take multivitamin supplements. Stay away from fatty foods.

Don’t fry in the sun:  Use sunscreen with SP15 or higher rating when the sun’s rays are strongest. It’s best to avoid the sun’s rays whenever possible because the Rays coming from the sun are dangerous.

In addition, if you are lady, always remove makeup from your face before going to bed, because makeup left on overnight is a major cause of clogged pores that lead to blackhead formation breakouts. Cleanse twice with a face cleanser after removing makeup – once for removing surface impurities, and the second time for deep pore cleansing.

Lukewarm water is best for cleansing the face. Water that is too cold or too hot can cause irritation dehydration, and may increase breakouts. Apply a non-astringent toner after cleansing to re-hydrate your skin and reestablish the PH balance.
